hello, I’m Martha
I am a permanent makeup artist and beauty professional who's been in this industry since 2016. I specialize in helping women find that sweet spot between I look amazing and I still look like me.
Think soft, natural looking powder brows.
Fine line tattoos with a little meaning behind them.
And beauty services that fit into your real life.
But here's what I want you to know:
I am here to help you understand your options, answer your questions, talk through your concerns, and figure out what makes sense for your face, your lifestyle, and your comfort level.
I do not follow trends. I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. What I do believe in is collaboration. I check in with you throughout the service, and unlike many, I want to hear what your thoughts, and feelings about what we are doing.
That means taking the time to understand what you like, being honest about what's realistic, and creating a plan together. Sometimes that means enhancing what you already have. Sometimes it means starting small. And sometimes my professional recommendation might be to wait or choose a different approach.
I'd rather help you make a decision you feel good about than rush you into an appointment.
Because you're not here to become my version of beautiful.
You're here to feel like the most confident version of yourself.
A little about life outside the studio…
My two beautiful kids are mostly grown, and I'm lucky enough to be in a season of life where I'm getting to figure out who I am outside of being a mom to little people. These days, it's less carpool and more spoiled, feisty cats who seem to run the household.
I love to read, although I mostly listen to audiobooks. I've watched what feels like the entire internet's worth of movies, but apparently my brain resets every 30 days, so I can happily watch them all over again like it's brand-new information.
I love pulling weeds and playing in my garden, but I will curse the jobs required to keep it looking nice with equal enthusiasm. I love dreaming up places I'd like to travel someday, and somehow, no matter where the conversation starts, it almost always circles back to my favorite question:
What are we going to eat?
I'm a little bit of a dreamer, a little bit of a homebody, and endlessly curious. I am always looking for the next thing to learn, create, or see.
And somewhere in the middle of all that, I get to do work doing something I genuinely love: helping women feel beautiful, confident, and a little more like themselves.
